Hlothrabatta, a settlement established by goblins oppressed under the dominion of Galir-Khizad's mining endeavors, is situated along the Spine of Olum-Uroth. Numerous residences and cave structures within the city, some within abandoned mines, can only be accessed via ropes and bridges.

In the Allof Stond War (455 - 470), Hlothrabatta forged an alliance with the Melephaeusans, ultimately overpowering the fire giants of Megrlof.

In 1723, the final year of the Brothers Enmity War (1697 - 1723), the city of Hlothrabatta was sacked by a combined army of Taklumlode and Ba'lith soldiers. Hlothrabatta functions as a vassal state under the dominion of Taklumlode.
