Eldalweril

Eldalweril was a drow empire of Menortamon. The territory of this empire spanned a substantial area. Directly above them, on the surface, lived the Angrod wood elves. For decades, the drow raided Angrod settlements, murdering, enslaving, and killing. The Angrods were placed on the defensive for much of this harrowing period. In the High Down War, the Angrods turned the tide and took the fight into the drow homeland. They eradicated the drow empire and depopulated a sizable region of Menortamon of drow.

A decade after the war, another drow empire and Eldalweril adversary, the Urthin-Mejin, moved in and occupied the abandoned territory. They too became entangled in conflict with the surface elves of Angrod. In both instances, the Cult of Lloth that was behind the
