The Titan Empires exerted dominion over vast territories on the surface, beneath, and within the seas. Skuttirk, one such empire, was populated by sea titans - those storm giants who have embraced life beneath the waves - as well as merfolk and sea elves. Of all the Titan Empires, Skuttirk alone was considered benevolent. Its domain stretched from the depths of Arkin to the coastlines of Athoreon.
Skuttirk clashed with the Durkoth and their subordinates hailing from Limac-Nîr. Following the Durkoth's disappearance, Skuttirk persisted in combating their former minions, the sahuagin.
Unlike the rest of the Titan Empires, Skuttirk did not succumb to conquest. Its territories were dispersed across vast distances. As others arrived and occupied unclaimed or weakly defended regions, the empire became fragmented. One by one, these holdings declared independence, leading to the empire's dissolution a decade prior to the First Epoch.
