The Decay Conclave is presided over by three sinister druids - the liches Telnossuel and Vemmon, and the third a demi-lich named Diedriss. They are Blighters dedicated to corrupting nature for their own nefarious ends. In the Aerie of Dragons, they govern the Maar Gosvah forest.
The three leaders of the Decay Conclave were once Nature Protectorates, a distinguished group of high-level druids overseeing each region. Tasked with studying and reversing the malevolent forces emanating from Fethath, they were regrettably corrupted. They relinquished their connection to natural energies in favor of its sinister counterpart. After these three eminent druids fell prey to the wickedness of Fethath, the Nature Protectorates prohibited further investigations; any "re-balancing efforts" would henceforth be entrusted to others.
We can only wait and see what eventuates. I am aware that Melrith orchestrates these events, and upon reflection I observe no allies, no Aredhel, no Silvanus, merely ourselves as ordinary mortals.
Eclipse, at the Glade Summit - "Losing Faith"
Beyond its sinister leaders, the Decay Conclave consists of those striving to employ druidic incantations necessitating Dark Nature Energy.
The Decay Conclave does not confine its haunting activities to Maar Gosvah or the surrounding forest. The first ironmaws to emerge on the world of Bal-Kriav originated from Vemmon's voyages across the realms of the Abyss. Ironmaws encountered in other regions of Bal-Kriav have also been dispatched by the Decay Conclave.
