Otroki is a formidable storm giant admiral commanding the naval forces of Griddrir. His flagship, the mighty Sladdvir, leads his fleet with unwavering authority.

In the Cinazan Front, he twice deployed his fleet of nine skyships against the Pillar of Horns. These endeavors were the Battle of the Weathermaker's Embrace and Battle for the Sphere. These engagements were instigated by agents of the Edritch Conclave in what has been termed the Aslauthroa Plot.

Ottroki is described as a neatly groomed azure-hued ursine, with deep cerulean eyes, snowy white eyebrows that splay outwards akin to spears, and a sizeable, muscular physique.
