The extensive Arnandab is a vast grassy expanse stretching across the northern and southern regions of the Taurelin and Skycius sectors. It is bounded to the west by the Tunzâr River and to the east by the unrelenting wastelands of Yagolorn.
The Arnandab plain is claimed by the Witch Horde. They engage in an ongoing battle with the natural world in the northern uplands where they meet the Tendrils. The Witch Horde employs fire and sorcery to obstruct the expansion of a woodland they perceive as an Angrod weapon, a precursor to seizing their territory.
Arnandab is the seasonal pasture of tens of thousands of wild horses. They arrive here in spring and summer, migrating southeast into Tadab-Hal during cooler periods. The horses, along with numerous other herd animals, serve as a source of domestication for the Theegans and sustenance for gnolls and other predators of the Northern Hordelands.
