Ausul Raf Hells Rift

Ausul Raf is a deep, smoke-filled canyon of Iizus Yeldah. Stretching one hundred miles east to west and twelve miles at its widest, its deepest point lies three miles down. Chilling winds blowing from the peaks of Inzurakthol create haunting, otherworldly sounds as they pass through the area. Nearing the 6th century of the Horgon Era, a rival city-state to Kathodrarg emerged at the heart of the Cartáricil Forest. Refusing to submit, this rival, known as Lod Stohl, engaged in war with its counterpart. Five years later, with Lod Stohl on the brink of defeat, the magocracy turned to the powerful conjuration spells contained within the Shift Tome. However, they were deceived by Dispater, who had posed as a lowly summoner. Rather than summoning an army of spine devils, the entire city and surrounding land were shifted to a distant realm, leaving only a smoking rift behind.
