Spanning hundreds of miles, Aerdresh was a remarkable entity within the Sea of Entropy. She possessed the remarkable ability to breathe underwater and survive the vacuum of the Void. During the Creation War ( 1486 DE - 8777 DE ) , the Primordial Lords often utilized Aerdresh as a shuttle, transporting them between worlds.

They descended down her throat, entering into her internal compartments, passengers and their possessions, soldiers destined never to return. Rather than being employed for military purposes, securing victory in this conflict, Aerdresh functioned as a lavish liner for the spherical bodies.

She moved with remarkable swiftness through the Void, potentially outpacing any water elemental of the oceans.

Her final commander during the Creation War was Poseidon. Frustrated with his ceaseless efforts on his pet project, the Sea Titan Wall, she marched out with her army, heading south towards the deep ocean. East of what are now known as the Isles of Pipe Home, she became stuck in what was shallow water for her, ranging from 70 to 100 feet deep. As she waited for the tide to change, she heard the drums of Poseidon's scouts. Gripped by fear, she thrashed about, killing thousands of soldiers still within her long, sinewy body. In the end, she expelled those inside her, most of whom returned to Poseidon's forces. With Aerdresh suffocating and immobilized, Poseidon and his army set to work. It took thousands, spread across three hundred miles of her body, six hours to dispatch her. Her bones, still as hard as steel, became the foundation of a great reef, the Teeth of Aerdresh.

During the peak period of diving for Aerdresh's bones, the region of Pipe Home endured a severe plague. Fearing it to be retribution from Aerdresh, the epidemic became known as the Wrath of Aerdresh.
