Orr-Krurn is a tree-like entity, a once formidable primordial being that now wanders the shattered lands and dense woodlands of Malurn.
In the Creation War (1486 DE - 8777 DE), Orr-Krurn spent a considerable amount of time at the colossal citadel of Etteir. Within this imposing stronghold, he conducted extensive experiments on archons, giants, and various other subjects available to him. One of Orr-Krurn's more renowned accomplishments was the creation of a two-headed giant, stemming from the Earth Giant lineage, jokingly referred to as "Etteirs"; these entities are now more widely recognized as the Ettin.
In 2055 DE, Orr-Krurn fashioned the Sprite race. They were envisioned to be nimble and elusive, scouts for the legions of the Primordial Lords.
Captured in the final days of the Creation War, Orr-Krurn was imprisoned within the land. He was banished to a secluded canyon, buried beneath a dense lattice of vines and vegetation; all magically fortified by the druidic arts of Silvanus and other Covenant druids. In the First Epoch, with the magical protections gradually fading, Orr-Krurn escaped from his Tangles Prison. His mind now reduced to primal instincts, Orr-Krurn roams the land, laying waste only to those who threaten him.
