The Rachat tribe became a prominent force during the Black Tide War, which raged from 1465 to 1486. The tribe gained prestige when their emissaries persuaded the populace of Vraga Moltus to ally with Ivory Asylum over the newly formed nation of Malacost.
The Rachat people are also concentrated on the islands of Ivagor and Mânelurûs, in addition to Vraga Moltus.
