In 1302 HE, colonists from Andigimok traversed the elemental conduit known as the Earth Seam, passing through Baruk-Felag and emerging at Baruk-Nur before arriving on the bleak shores of the Cthorgo. There they established Arazindam, a settlement whose origins showcase both their daring seafaring prowess and the challenges of frontier colonization.

On 9 Bloom 77, the town joined a broader political alliance, becoming part of the confederal structure of the Republic of Irdtrax alongside Hagurthand, Tharuzbaluk, and Duluk-Zirag. This compact was designed to regulate trade and ensure mutual defense across the eastern coastal region.

The alliance proved fragile. In 1306, with military support and substantial financial aid from the Orchish Empire, Arazindam withdrew from Irdtrax and became a vassal under its patrons. Despite the political shift, pre-existing commercial agreements and local business networks largely maintained continuity in daily operations and trade.
