Built by the Kal-Oni empire, which flourished from 1016 to 1266, Drakhôr was the vanguard frontier outpost situated west of the Foronir River.

On 1 War March 1282, a grand military procession of over twenty thousand cavalry troops officially designated Drakhôr as the capital of the Council of Bile.

The most distinctive features of this city are its sky-towers. Constructed upon the earth motes of Elphion, some of these marvels are accessible by bridges suspended from earth and air motes, or via teleportation devices. Certain individuals seeking the utmost security and privacy have their elevated towers reachable only by flight.

Drakhôr boasts twenty majestic spires known as the Drakhôr Aeries. Stables for winged steeds, half possess the capacity to accommodate dragons.

With five rings of walls, each separated by a water-filled moat, in times of peace these moats serve as canals for transporting goods to the city's harbor on the Lake of Nadrunal.

The city's most prominent religious edifices are dedicated to Ares and Hades. The temple of Ares is known as the Bal-Kriav Headquarters, a fortress-like structure housing the Citadel Dictum, the supreme religious authority for all Bal-Kriav followers of Ares.
