The settlement, constructed by the Orgak, originated as a subterranean outpost, safeguarding the underside of the barrows of Mauhúlfúr. It stood on the eastern periphery of a complex network of tunnels and checkpoints, collectively known as the Labyrinth of Inanweg. On the eastern edge of this area, the initial outpost had evolved into the headquarters and living quarters designated as Moth Orgak. With ongoing work and security operations in the nearby labyrinth, financed by Toomrur city-states on the surface and others, Moth Orgak transformed into a thriving trade hub and employment center.
A venerable town, Moth Orgak poses perilous hazards for its inhabitants. Its population has consistently remained sparse due to maladies, roaming undead, oozes, and other horrors escaping from Inanweg.
