Thieleth is a secretive organization that serves Roongutil. They conduct espionage and carry out acts of sabotage against the Har'kish. The primary objective of Thieleth is the annihilation of the Eye of Gith. It is not uncommon for this group to enlist non-githzerai to combat the githyanki and make desperate attempts to sabotage and destroy facilities on the Eye of Gith.
In 1442, they established a base of operations at an ancient citadel known as Eastern Shar. They maintained control of this location for just over a decade. Following the Athenian Crusade (1539 - 1551), they set up a new headquarters in Muzratân.
