Kavdas Urkuzir hails from a highly esteemed family. The Urkuzirs are one of the prestigious houses that comprise the Minâth-Nôrî. Kavdas mastered his psionic skills at the ancient monastery of Varyon. For 18 years, he served as a professor at Varyon, engaging students in discourse on logic, time, morality, and other subjects. Some believe his preoccupation with the passage of time led him to depart Varyon and pursue a career as an adventurer.

In 1805, he led a band of intrepid adventurers into the mysterious realm of Bathmulg. This expedition was as much a scientific endeavor as it was a foray into the unknown depths. Within the vast cavern of Imgangreth, he dedicated himself to the study of the captivating Ink Sphere, while the rest of the group ventured off on their own explorations. Regrettably, they never returned, yet he persisted in that remarkable area for an additional two years. Curiously, he did not succumb to any mutation, nor did he show signs of aging or want of sustenance, emerging from Bathmulg as hale and hearty as when he first entered. It was during this time that he uncovered the truth - the so-called "Ink Sphere" was, in fact, the very core of Tiwa'erra. His groundbreaking findings were recognized at the Paradomea Debates, where he was awarded the prestigious Medallion of Mental Science.

After displaying remarkable heroism and demonstrating exceptional mastery in the realm of psionics, he was granted admission into the inner council of eight, tasked with overseeing the affairs of Varyon. This secretive group is referred to as the Amîrrôn-Ulthan.

Two years a member of the Trauma Squad, in the closing days of 1832, Kavdas met his demise in the treacherous depths of Geledh, pulverized by a Conclave lich.
