Tiwa'erra was a formidable flying fortress constructed by a Covenant general named Ptah. It served as an air defense platform, protecting regions threatened by the primordials. On Sphere 411, this fortress participated in the battles of Regadnîn and the Bulwark of Târulûth.

In the Battle of Šadullu ( 1501 DE ) , Ptah brought his fortress to the continent of Šadullu, where it served as a field hospital and haven for battle-weary soldiers. In the final days of the great conflict, Tiwa'erra came under assault by an entire army of storm archons. Led by the primordial mastermind Eysveig, this elemental force overwhelmed a legion of psionic constructs and golems. Ptah's trap was sprung. As the enemy approached Tiwa'erra's Core, Ptah released the containment field holding the psychic energy stored in the bastion's walls. The wave of energy was drawn to the Core like a magnet, tearing Tiwa'erra apart, with shards becoming razor-sharp and debris tumbling downward, ripping through the enemy forces. Before the debris reached the Core, Ptah employed a powerful psionic ability called Split Time. He divided the timeline, then rejoined the two at the point where the falling debris was being blown outward as the Core's poles shifted. The two debris fields from different timelines smashed into each other, annihilating the entire archon force inside Tiwa'erra. This was only the prelude to the total destruction of the primordial army and their leader. When the diverged timelines converged, a tremendous explosion shook the continent of Oralûth, its shockwave rupturing the organs of all present. This was followed by countless filaments of time that withered the shattered bodies to dust or reduced them to primordial goo. Though Tiwa'erra, nearly the size of a mountain, was destroyed, countless Shards of Tiwa'erra remained unscathed, raining down across Midrêth and Ninilêth. The Tiwa'erra Core, however, was left unscathed, blasted from the world Bal-Kriav and into the Void, then shifting to another multiverse at an unthinkable speed, with Ptah as its passenger.

The devastation of Tiwa'erra also resulted in Ptah's numerous Spheres of Annihilation being crystallized with quintessence . Similar to the Shards of Tiwa'erra, these spheres were scattered across a vast expanse.

Ptah's actions in saving two armies will be immortalized through a monument fitting for a true hero. I shall construct this monument myself, and those of us who repelled the Nine-Tongued Worm will erect memorials honoring the fallen at Šadullu.

Lukoon Affair

During Tiwa'erra's construction, Ptah's architectural plans were duplicated by a master infiltrator named Lukoon. This theft was only uncovered after a military unit of the Nawirrûs Covenant was decimated by the Womb of Entropy. This primordial bastion was too similar in design and purpose to have been created by chance. The Womb of Entropy was constructed as a vessel for containing magical energy, akin to how Tiwa'erra was built to serve as a psionic receptacle. It wasn't long before Lukoon came forward and admitted that he had copied Ptah's plans for Tiwa'erra, but then lost them in battle with the primordial Sarseg. Upon learning of this, Ptah motioned for Lukoon to be censured and put on trial for treason. Fortunately for Lukoon, the Covenant's leader declared there would be no hearing, as the Tiwa'erra base had never been classified as a military asset of the Nawirrûs Covenant.
