While still a Syndic of the Council of Nine, Razzir meticulously crafted this necklace at the renowned Syndic Artifice.
One component of the necklace is crafted from a fragment of a null mine. Another intriguing element is the powdered remnants of Razzir's laboratory assistant, who perished while exploring Enmort. The necklace also features an adamantine clasp securing a magically miniaturized vrock claw. Legend recounts that this was the first of dozens of vrocks Razzir slew during the clandestine reconstruction of Bana-Zîr.
When the notorious Black Banner raided the town of Bana-Zîr, they absconded with this exquisite necklace alongside numerous other plundered treasures. Lost amidst the chaos of the Artery War, Katrana's meticulous inventory records indicate the necklace was last seen in 1554, sequestered within one of the vaults beneath the formidable Rancor Summit during the sacking of the city of Zayr.
