Razzir was formerly a Syndic of the Council of Nine. Consumed by greed, he took issue with the trade regulations mandated by the Council. It was not long before the Council became aware of his transgressions. They discovered that Razzir had established a monopoly over specific trade sectors, a clear breach of the Council's charter.
Spies of Razzir informed him of the Council's directive, which commanded his arrest and trial for treason. Aware that his destiny was sealed, Razzir hastily departed Paradomea City, sailing into the Tintibulus Chute aboard the ill-fated vessel Godhead's Revenge.
Razzir Tîr resides on the Acheron world Tintibulus. He dwells within a demon-constructed hold known as Bana-Zîr.
