The Hordes of Chaos emerged on the Cinazan Front (a sub-conflict of the Chaos War).
1st Horde of Chaos
The inaugural Horde of Chaos emerged when the entire populace of Neeth-Theen mobilized for war. Only a diminutive force remained to safeguard their homeland. The remainder, nearly 150,000 chaos aberrations, steamrolled southward from Hleittil. They were joined by other chaotic armies from various nations and regions, coalescing into the Flux Pact.
The most devastating attribute of the 1st Horde of Chaos lies in the destruction their elements inflict upon the land and structures left in their wake. The army possessed creatures known as chaos behemoths, juggernaut war machines composed of flesh, bone, and blood. These entities were responsible for devastating numerous locations across Cinazan. The aura emanating from the chaos behemoths imbued the affected areas with raw chaos, warping the land, buildings, and even roads, transforming regions into Chaos Ruins.
2nd Horde of Chaos
The formidable army comprised 20,000 seasoned mercenaries from the renowned Fangs of Steirgar, two prestigious Icyke legions, the elite sixty-strong stone giants of the Geb Vanguard unit, and four stalwart Neeth-Theen legions. This imposing force played a decisive role in the First and Second Battles of Inôr.
The Horde of Chaos was commanded by the mercenary stone giant general, Anutrax.
3rd Horde of Chaos
The 3rd Horde of Chaos, entirely from Chaos, commenced arriving on Bal-Kriav on 7 Witchrite 1832. They departed Chaos, traversed the rift generated by the Entropy Arch at the Khazarkar city Sapthiladân, joining the Cinazan Front.
The Horde of Chaos was led by the primordial overlord Drachmon.
