The empire of Neeth-Theen was founded by a Goliath warlord named Tharag-Turgûn. From the ruins of Bor, he orchestrated bandit raids against the fragmented peoples of Aettein, including goblins, halflings, Goliath, and hill giants, as well as the riches of Nemebhox. After three decades of constant conflict, he had secured the Vale of Hleittil. Tharag-Turgûn, a renowned hero of the Second Epoch, honored the two largest tribes that had aided him in his conquest, the Neeth and the Theen.
On 25 Saunas 1296, this fledgling empire was swept with profound change. As a Chaos Maelstrom enveloped the land, entropic energy transformed most individuals and entities, twisting the landscape and transmogrifying the majority of beasts and humanoids into abhorrent chaos aberrations, including the fused monstrosities of the Mamorian and the centaur earth giants in Jallumvar.
In the year 1317, Neeth-Theen, notorious for its disruptive conduct, became entangled in the Nalbirag Gold War, which spanned the period from 1317 to 1324.
The military coup of 1495 placed a Slaad upon the esteemed Twisted Step, the renowned throne of Neeth-Theen. The empire's new sovereign, poised to become a tyrannical and capricious leader, is a black Slaad named Ushgergoon. His inner circle comprises members of Mutation, the architects behind the Chaos Maelstrom of 1296.
In the year 1828, Neeth-Theen and others of the Flux Pact initiated the Cinazan Front.
The population of Neeth-Theen is comprised of Mamorians, chaos aberrations, beasts of chaos, gibberlings, groundlings, and a multitude of slaadi.
