Ushgergoon is the direct progeny of Anta'palos, the inaugural black slaad of the Slaad Hexos. A being of immense power and malice, he has plagued Bal-Kriav for nearly a millennia, orchestrating wars and spreading the entropic influence of Limbo.

His arrival on Bal-Kriav dates back to 1127, when the arch-mage Taranorn conjured fourteen slaadi to power the Pinnacle of Chaos. While his brethren perished in the experiment, Ushgergoon survived through cunning and resilience. In 1133, when the mage's sister attempted to destroy the device, the wards failed. Ushgergoon emerged from the Pinnacle, wielding the artifact greatsword Oblivion, and slaughtered both spellcasters. This act marked the beginning of his reign of terror.

Over the centuries, Ushgergoon established himself as the Slaadi Lord of Neeth-Theen. He has defended his domain with brutal efficiency, as seen in 1521 during the Battle of Bone Hoof Canyon. When the Pig Tramplers horde assailed his lands, Ushgergoon waded into battle, his blade turning foes into elemental chaos. He decimated the Jara ranks until sheer boredom stayed his hand.

In the late Third Epoch, Ushgergoon's ambitions grew. Guided by the primordial Drachmon, he forged the Flux Pact, allying with Icyke and later Cinderfall. In 1828, he mobilized the 1st Horde of Chaos, a force of 150,000 aberrations, and initiated the Cinazan Front. His campaign ravaged the Cinazan region and sacked the Ithengee city of Hareldocáno. Though checked at Séregon by ancient elven magic, his thirst for war remains unquenched. He rules through fear and absolute power, even striking down his own generals, such as the stone giant Olugra, should they fail or displease him.
