Built by the Lith-Crillion, Felth was a port city situated on the eastern coast of Arcana. Twenty percent of the ruined city, located closest to the sea, are entirely or partially submerged. These undersea buildings remain in good condition, with their magical wards still resisting the tidal forces and currents where the Nielalroch Sea to the north and the Mephigax to the south converge. The meeting of these seas creates treacherous currents and eddies, as well as unpredictable weather patterns. The Lith-Crillion constructed Felth in this perilous area to study this phenomenon. They built an underwater harbor and a surface-level one, with structures extending into the surf and even deeper. All of this was part of Felth's engineering division, which investigated waves, currents, and, most importantly, the abundant water energy in the region where two turbulent seas collide. Though not inclined towards religious matters, the Lith-Crillion acknowledged that the excess water energy was a product of divine rivalries, between the children of Poseidon and in the Mephigax and those of the Nielalroch beholden to Sathel.

At a distance of 1,000 feet from the coastal boundary of the ruin, a vast sea canyon commences, extending eastward into Nielalroch. Within this area, at a depth of 300 feet, lies the inception of a channel cutting beneath Arcana Isle. This channel, carved through the use of magic, passes by Felth's subterranean harbor and continues onward to the other Lith-Crillion ruins on the island. In ages long past, when the island served as the domain of the world's inaugural Lith-Crillion, this channel represented the principal means of swiftly and safely accessing each of the island's holdings.

The most renowned sites within Felth are the Bell Tower of Arcana and structures impacted by Time Fractures.
