The rugged hills of Hambrimoth stretch across the southern outskirts of Taurelin. Spanning a width of twenty to thirty miles, they trace the western shore of Lake Lethiel, leading into the scorching domains of Olwerch.
The most populous inhabitants of Hambrimoth are its goblins. They have occupied this region since the Lith-Crillion Era. During that time, they served as a slave army under the command of an eldritch confessor named Jofgror Odving, a member of the Thraedli family, who sought to uncover Lith-Crillion technology. From captive fey, Jofgror learned of a powerful energy source at the heart of the Taurquion Forest, which led to his ill-fated expedition into the Pyramid of Nature. Never to be seen again, Jofgror's slave army was left to fend for itself in the hills of Hambrimoth. Since then, in a region bounded by rivers to the south and west, a lake to the east, and a swamp to the north, and traversed by countless tunnels, no one has had the mettle to dethrone Hambrimoth's petty goblin kings.
