With the intent of reaching the Lands of Purity, the ambassador of the Black Tide encountered staunch denials, as no army, and especially an undead contingent, would be permitted to traverse the lands of Celebriän.
In the year 1467, with Bathor serving as a recently established base, the Bone Arrow Campaign endeavored to forge a path forward, exploring avenues around and beneath the Gwaeldior Forest.
After enduring numerous setbacks in maintaining their territorial gains, the Black Tide shifted southward, constructing a series of fortifications along the newly established Black Athroond Road into Moregar. Through this sinkhole, the Black Tide's northern advance and supply lines traversed beneath the forest, delving into the subterranean reaches of Ufthag before eventually resurfacing at Targind-Nal.
Celebriän eventually acquiesced to the advances of the Black Tide, engaging in combat solely with those who strayed excessively from the fortified cordon leading into the immense sinkhole of Moregar.
