The vast wetlands stretching from the Northern Hordelands into the Troll Bogs and culminating in the Lands of Purity is a product of the Radullu Rift. Within the Lands of Purity and the dark recesses below lie numerous containment measures, including God Folley, the Aglak Rampart, and the Tara-Har Depression, all designed to control the immense volumes of water, sediment, and vegetation flowing from the rift.
The flow of matter and liquid from a world vastly distant from our own moves southward. This world lies so far away that the guardians of Chaos formed a rift to expedite their invasion. Eventually, the first angelic covenant discovered this rift. They conducted an operation on the distant world, resulting in the flooding of the rift's opening on Throndar.
Even now, millennia after those events, water and sediment from that distant realm continue to flow into our own.
The water table maintains a state of equilibrium, a phenomenon fixed by the deity Silvanus. Silvanus constructed a concealed return rift within the Troll Bogs, obscured by divine sorcery and shielded such that only a Higher Power can perceive it.
