In 1098, three years into the Ice Rage, a military order was established in the battered walls of Aspungad. Since the era of the Kal-Oni (1016 - 1266), the Wardens Of Aspungad have safeguarded the northern passes into the Gelugon Range, battling ice trolls and other icy brutes, as well as the hemlocks of Hengorek, vigilantly watching for firbolg on the warpath.
In the year 1279, the Wardens forged an alliance with three other formidable military factions. As the Orders of War, they assumed the role of the backing force for the Council of Bile.
The order's more formidable contingents are its blue dragons. Raised by Diiv Kiir families, bound by ancestral bloodlines and draconic rituals, solely these Diiv Kiir knights are permitted to ride the dragons' backs.
