Often referred to as a wall, Mughakh-Gol is a landscape strikingly distinct from the surrounding world. It is a segment of a mountain range torn from the realm of Dol Vahdin.

As you approach, you will encounter ancient, towering battlements and ramparts. The abrupt separation from the whole has led to the collapse of certain sections, leaving behind hills of rubble. The wall was not the only entity to embark on this journey. Workers and soldiers, numbering in the tens of thousands, who served Coeus, now find themselves in the distant realm of Bal-Kriav.

Phoslomor, the renowned cartographer of the Third Epoch, excerpt from the book " Phoslomor 's Survey of Midrêth, Ch. 4-2"

Mughakh-Gol was transported to its current location in 2660 DE. During this year, the Covenant took the fight to the primordials. The Covenant General Takarrûs besieged the great primordial depot of Saelmgar. Though outnumbered, Takarrûs perished in the battle. His noble sacrifice triggered a holy explosion that tore part of the castle away. Drawn through a temporary rift, the colossal fortification known as the wall Mughakh-Gol came to rest in the eastern tracts of the jungle of Hlothraza.

In the God Era, the Wardens of Bal-Kriav scoured the ruins for any perilous relics and other remnants of primordial influence. The most hazardous recovery was undoubtedly Zarmesh's Brain.

In the Four Pillars Conflict, the fire titan empire of Goth-Dyvermoir was unsuccessful in their endeavor to annex this territory.

In the far southern reaches of the fortifications lies Falcon Aerie, the headquarters of the Night Vigil.
