From the west, the Hairfoot Path commences in the Baurwen. In this tangled forest, the road converges with the Beard Trail and the Holy Passage. The Hairfoot Path then crosses the Tániel river by way of the ancient dwarven bridge known as Bazur-Bazdu. The road subsequently heads northeast to As'lumix. Beyond the eastern gate of this city, the path proceeds southwest through the northern tracts of Pixit and then to Voruner. To continue eastward via the Hairfoot Path, travellers must hire a barge or similar craft to traverse the Lerchadan river. On the eastern side of this river, the road leads into Ginzarak. When entering these mountains, the path runs a couple miles north of Fell Post. The road then cuts north through the rugged valleys of Ginzarak and reaches Gûn before heading inward to the outer defensive works of Maharâg. Alternatively, a fork of the Hairfoot Path diverges eastward into the Elberial forest and then to Elamir. The road circumvents this stronghold and continues to Viressur and then south again where it concludes at Hanthaerion.
