Hedrac is a valley nestled within the eastern mountains of Siganbul. The Tragarans have inhabited this region since the Lith-Crillion Era, with the first major settlement being Lanirûk. The valley's southeastern passes became battlegrounds as the Tragarans and the Khazarkars encroached upon each other's territories. In 221, the Treaty of Alêth was signed between Akann'ndâb and Lanirûk, defining the borders between the two groups. When the Borillisk empire was established, Hedrac became the heart of the Tragaran mountain folk civilization.
After the conclusion of the Hedrac War, half of Borillisk's inhabitants fled the area, resettling on the Sahuld islands, while others traveled westward, eventually becoming citizens of the Ba'lith Empire. Those who remained were tragically consumed by the Gulimbor Catacyslm.
When the Sceptre of Phenul-Tamrâk was destroyed, the valley floor and numerous ancient ruins were consumed by the unnatural expansion of the Barândîr glacier.
