Zhusalax is a chaotic good deity of chaos, commerce, and the seas. She is the progeny of the creationist Balthioul and a solar named Hamaliel. Both her progenitors perished defending the realm Throndar from the primordial aggressors of the Creation War.
In the Dawn Era, she served as a sword archon under Athena. During the Creation War, Zhusalax recovered a stolen life forge from primordial agents. Despite not being hers to use, curiosity led her to activate the device. On 17 Bloom 8644 DE, she employed the life-giving forge to create nine mortals, a new sub-race of humans known as the Shou. When put on trial for using the "borrowed" life forge, Zhusalax claimed the first creation was out of curiosity, but upon realizing the beauty that could be crafted, she made eight more. Danzar-Khâl, the god who brought legal action, informed Zhusalax that her lack of expertise in the mechanics and proper utilization of life energy, coupled with her non-Creationist status, had depleted and ruined the life-giving forge. She told the court that her creations' beauty perhaps warranted her becoming a Creationist. After the trial, Zhusalax was placed under observation.
for her actions appear to be influenced by the upheaval that we now confront.

Zhusalax survived this incident but continued down the path of entropy, transforming into a chaotic good solar during the Demon Spawn War. In this conflict, she commanded the Quara'tun Covenant forces on Amachan. The mortals she had created, now numbering in the thousands, played a pivotal role in preventing the demons from crossing the Qibemjues and ravaging the Shou settlements scattered across Gakebe.
In the God Era, Zhusalax attained divine status, assuming the Shou as her initial devotees.
