In 1824, the Khazarkar Empire obtained information regarding the potential location of Set's Black Chariot. A year later, they had transported 2,000 soldiers to the shores of a remote island called Toomoneth. This is considered a remarkable feat, as the ships set sail from the renowned seaport of Aphalê, navigated up the Core Sea, and then traveled westward across Nautrek, past the treacherous Damnation Point, through the southeastern tip of Edhelviel, before crossing Nielalroch and into the Mephigax; a journey spanning over 10,000 miles.
The Khazarkars laid siege to the city of Valdirinwë in 1826. Enveloped in thick mist, their shadowy navy concealed itself in the clouds. Their rowers moved in magical silence as the attack commenced with soldiers storming the shoreline. Evicerator golems and Maug platoons led the charge. Three Pyramids of Set descended from the dense clouds, deploying nearly three hundred undead. Three days later, Valdirinwë succumbed to the Khazarkar forces.
Two months later, the Toomoneth Alliance was forged between the freedom fighters of Valdirinwë and the Triton of Aha'sase. Valdirinwë was reclaimed a year later. The Inge'rya, remaining on the periphery, consented to partake in any spoils from the war, joining the Khazarkar Empire in their pursuit of the Black Chariot, and optimistically eliminating a neighbor or two in the process.
