The Targad Empire ( 1127 - 1534 ) established the prosperous settlement of Milithian, which thrived due to the Nurkidbad mines and the fertile lands of the Ehuyaipur peninsula.

In the waning years of the Black Tide War, Milithian endured constant peril from the Bloodtusk Regime. Lining the broad, cobblestone avenues are numerous monuments honoring the valiant defenders of the city. One such memorial is Ole' Faithful. During the Siege of Milithian, this mighty cannon inflicted devastating blows upon the assailing fleet. To prevent its capture, the Milithian Navy scuttled the mammoth barge, along with Ole' Faithful. Years later, the cannon was salvaged from the harbor and relocated inland, standing as a monument to the garrison's courage.

In the year 1533, Milithian was seized by the Shields of Iraktharbhun.

The city of Milithian spans the entirety of the Ehuyaipur Peninsula, boasting numerous internal partitions and expansive firebreaks. A deep, secure harbor lies on the eastern perimeter of the municipality. Milithian is connected to the Thequas fortress via the Great Canal of Thequas. The urban area seamlessly transitions into the Nurkibad mountains, providing residential areas and high-end commercial spaces for the city's elite populace.

At the core of Milithian stands a formidable fortress known as Solar Krak, the operational headquarters of the Order of Solars.

Beyond its immense sea walls and into the Trident Reefs, the Milithian defenses expand, with the most magnificent and formidable being the three grand fortresses known as the Titan's Triangle. These impressive structures alone held the infamous undead admiral Jairall at bay for nearly a year.

Quick - "Built by the Titans"

In the year 1551, the city of Milithian was designated as the capital of the Malacost Empire.
