Jairall originated from a sizable household; his father's clan consisted of four spouses and eighteen siblings. They were renowned as the Bloodtusks, an esteemed clan title bestowed for their extensive lineage of accomplished gladiators. Jairall was one such individual, a skilled pit fighter.
In 1465, his first journey beyond Ivory Aslum, came a rite of passage known as the Hunt for Ivory Storm. This undertaking into the jungles of Ma'Ohari was a trial that, if passed, would spur the rapid growth of his tusks. This expedition ultimately led to the formation of a group that would go on to become Black Banner, and later, the Black Tide of Thasmudyan.
During the Black Tide War ( 1465 - 1486 ) , Jairall held a seat on the First Dead Council, directing all maritime endeavors.
In the year 1465, the initial year of the war, Jariall commenced his subjugation of Ivory Asylum's colonial territories situated along Ma'Ohari's western shorelines.
On the 6th of Bloom in the year 1465, his forces seized control of Ivory Ward. The following day, he crowned himself King, thus establishing the Bloodtusk Regime. His newfound kingdom became a haven for numerous Maleraunts, pirates, and other unsavory individuals.
On 11 Hollow 1465, Jairall ascended to the role of Taln'nazân Wight-King. This profound transition, in which he relinquished his life force in exchange for malevolent energy, was facilitated by his long-standing companion, Katrana.
Concluding four centuries of Ivory Asylum dominance over the western regions of Anutoth, in 1465, his troops seized control of Salandirik.
In 1485, his naval forces, the formidable Ghul Armada, commenced the Siege of Milithian.
Jairall and his wife Cryanus ruled the Bloodtusk Regime for nearly 400 years. In accordance with Elderaunt tradition, Jairall maintained a harem of spouses. When he ascended to the rank of Taln'nazân Wight-King, they were gathered and transformed into wights. Of all his consorts, Cryanus was his favored companion, esteemed for her loyalty, power, and strategic acumen. One of Jairall's renowned progeny, conceived during his mortal days, is Belgunth.
In the Burterinii-Bloodtusk War ( 1795 - 1800 ) , Jairall's kingdom faced a formidable challenge, beset by the Pirate Lords, hundreds of smaller pirate groups, and the mighty navy and armies of the Burterinii Empire. These factions sought to end the practice of pressing people into service, only to raise them from the dead to serve once more. Jairall, in his fourth century as King Bloodtusk, sought aid from the south. However, envoys from Ba'lith, ruled by his old ally Raxcvillibus, declined the invitation.
Brother, we have journeyed through much together. Our forces have crossed blades in battle. During periods of tranquility, we have prospered through each other's commerce. Ba'lith stands at a pivotal juncture, nearing ascension as an equal among the ranks of nations. For the time being, Ba'lith will maintain its neutrality.
Emperor Raxcvillibus, diplomatic correspondence to King Jairall - "No Ally in Ba'lith"
Jairall likewise sought assistance from his longstanding collaborators in the Black Tide. The communiqué from the Second Dead Council was that his naval forces should be preserved by uniting with them at Necrocrypt.
The war is unwinnable, as the adversarial forces possess formidable naval dominance. Thasmudyan harbors grander ambitions for us, far exceeding the scope of the Bloodtusk Regime.
Second Dead Dax, preeminent leader of the Black Tide, sent this diplomatic communique to King Jairall - "No Ally in the Black Tide"
In the war's penultimate year, in the monumental naval clash of Bloodtusk Bay, Jairall perished aboard Godhead's Revenge ; presumed lost.
The infamous Jairall Bloodtusk has undoubtedly blackened the name of the elderaunts more than any other figure in history. He was a ruthless and merciless sea captain who commanded his men through fear and promises of wealth. This flagrantly violated the Ora Tubruš naval traditions and code of conduct. As a self-proclaimed king, he ruled more like a tyrannical despot than a just sovereign who governs firmly yet lawfully. Jairall forsook the revered soul of an elderaunt to become one of the most dreaded forms of undead known to exist. I firmly believe that Jairall was not an elderaunt but rather a maleraunt, though he concealed this fact skillfully.
