In the year 1465, the inaugural year of the Ivory Ward Campaign, an undead admiral named Bloodtusk, flying the banner of the Black Tide, seized control of the city of Salandirik. A short while thereafter, it became the seat of power for the Bloodtusk Regime under the command of Admiral Bloodtusk.
In the closing year of the Ivory Ward Campaign, the port city of Tâchumâz was separated from Ivory Asylum's colonial network and incorporated into the Bloodtusk Regime.
Jairall Bloodtusk reigned as the sovereign leader of this realm. His second-in-command was Cryanus, the erstwhile Syndic of the Council of Nine.
In the year 1475, Bloodtusk engaged in armed conflict with the Malshirk'iss Empire during the Serpent Reckoning, which spanned from 1475 to 1478.
The Brothers Enmity War, spanning from 1697 to 1723 , witnessed the deployment of thousands of Bloodtusk mercenaries under the banners of the Ba'lith Empire.
In the Burterinii-Bloodtusk War ( 1795 - 1800 ) , the Kingdom was assaulted by an alliance between the Pirate Lords and the Burterinii Empire. During the Battle of Bloodtusk Bay, the kingdom's undead admiral-king perished with his flagship. Upon the news of the demise of someone they believed indestructible, chaos and bewilderment ensued. The kingdom's territories acquired new owners, with Raci-Tuc and Ren-Jorusk reverting to independent city-states, while Ivory Ward and Salandirik raised the colors of the Burterinii Empire.
