They operated across Midrêth, combating demons and monitoring the activities of the primordials of Bal-Kriav, both those wandering freely and those imprisoned in locations such as Denerra, Nautrek, Rumak, Timinórë, Regadnîn, and other containment areas.
At the conclusion of the God Era, coinciding with the Angelic Departure, the Ishtu Irrai persisted as a sacred order, its ranks comprising half-celestials, benevolent entities akin to coutl, shedu, gold dragons, and unicorns, among others.
In the year 2612 of the Late Era, Ishtu Irrai forcefully seized the rift-making tome belonging to Irata Phelgas from fanatics devoted to the god Coeus.
