The Primus Hexaconta is a sixty-sided polygonal structure situated in the southern regions of Honmin. Otherworldly in nature, it is a peculiar amalgamation of petrified matter and intricate clockwork mechanisms. Once the beating heart of the Prime Architect, the Primus Hexaconta was created when he succumbed to the Nine-Tongued Worm. Upon his final breath, his heart was ejected from an aperture in his back, escaping over the horizon and coming to rest upon the Kirrothe plateau. As it uncompressed, the heart increased a thousandfold in size, revealing the Primus Hexaconta within. Stored within this structure were vast reserves of life energy and hundreds of Sparks of Creation. A portion of these resources were channeled into the creation of Primus, the Prime Architect's sole offspring, while the remainder was used to forge a formidable Modron army.

Primus, scion of the Prime Architect, bears considerable responsibility for impeding the incursion of the primordials into Hezmort. His modron legions, marked by unparalleled efficiency, order, and military prowess, have proven a formidable obstacle to the minions of Chaos.

Danzar-Khâl, originating from the Plaques of Aphalur - "Modron Legions of Hezmort"

After the Creation War ( 1486 DE - 8777 DE ) , Danzar-Khâl placed Mechanus under the watchful supervision of Primus and his modrons. The Primus Hexaconta was left in the guardianship of constructs and magical creatures. The site's intricate traps, formidable guardians, and perplexing puzzle locks were sufficient to deter all but the most determined. Those who managed to breach these defenses soon found themselves lost amidst the shifting chambers and rotating levels, an ever-shifting, multi-tiered labyrinth.

In the Demon Spawn War ( 89 GE - 269 GE ) , the Primus Hexaconta was greatly coveted by the demon lord Jurusalax. Numerous demons and slaves perished in their attempts to navigate and return with the artifact. Jurusalax "befriended" the Gimrune, a people renowned for their mechanical aptitude and technological ingenuity. However, they too ultimately failed, never fully comprehending that to unlock the Primus Hexaconta, one must become akin to it.

During the Feeding of Kezgihr ( 1552 HE - 1798 HE ) , scores of Gimrune sought refuge within the Primus Hexaconta, a sanctuary deemed the last place anyone would willingly venture. This heart of a deceased deity harbored shifting halls patrolled by ancient constructs. Contrary to their forebears, those who entered soon discovered that salvation and the destruction of their foes would come through engineering and ingenious contrivance.

For six decades, the Shi'gah dwelled within the Primus Hexaconta. Unsurprisingly, they became devoted followers of Primus and, most significantly, embraced the essence of their surroundings, in a sense mirroring it. They discovered hidden chambers, an area known as the Memories of the Prime Architect, containing stockpiles of blueprints, components, and instructions for fabricating constructs, mechanical devices, and replacing one's biological parts with grafts.

Today, the Primus Hexaconta serves as a hub for experiments in alchemy, medicine, healing, and the fabrication of constructs and clockworks for the Dema'tira Confederation.
