Hoze Huemutril is a magical forest, created in the Dawn Era by the angel Huemutril. She crafted a dense, tangled forest at the northern border of Gakebe, which was then a battleground between the primordials and the forces of the Nawirrûs Covenant. The primordial threat originated from Padimza, ultimately dwindling after the forest's completion.

Anyone entering Hoze Huemutril traverses a fortress-like woodland. The entire forest is shaped as a defensive structure and a treacherous trap for those passing through it, while the enemy occupies the elevated terrain. This high ground encompasses the treetops, which harbor walkways woven from vines and branches, treehouses, aid stations, and fortifications. As a magical forest, these features remain unaffected by new growth and time. The fey inhabitants resemble those of the realm of Kriav more than those of Bal-Kriav. Many are experienced druids, often belonging to the oldest living races, such as the treats, and wielding formidable druidic powers.

We endeavored to establish a foothold in Amachan, but the druids there assert they have no need for our services, for they possess Hoze Huemutril. I surmise they refer to ancient Satyr, Dryad, and Treant, each a master of the druidic arts. Some are said to have been captains and generals that fought with the Hedge Legion, under Silvanus and Huemutril. If this claim holds truth, then these beings likely possess knowledge of druidic magic unseen since the God Era.

The forest continues to serve as a defensive stronghold, though not to the same extent as when tens of thousands manned the defenses during the Creation War. The Shounejo Empire maintains garrisons in the forest to harass raiders and scout for any incursions by the Demacian and Dead Ancestors from Padimza.
