Stone giants were created in the Dawn Era. They are often referred to as rock giants, granite giants, or by other stone-related names, but belong to the broader category of earth giants - giants imbued with a greater Earth Energy than other types. Like other giants, they are descendants of soldiers who served the primordials during the Creation War(1486 DE - 8777 DE) and later fought alongside mortals in the Demon Spawn War(89 GE - 269 GE), under the terms of the Quaratun Covenant.
