The Kriavfahliil of this empire are descendants of the Gwildath. In 615 HE, their ancestors were dispatched to Bal-Kriav as colonists, fulfilling their role in reducing the empire's population as stipulated by the Gwildath Bureaucratic Codices. They were transported via a feywild fuse, one of several in Kriav's Morangrel region. After traversing this inter-system rift, they arrived on one of Bal-Kriav's larger islands. On Turgon isle, they established the Nénharma settlement, where they lived rather peacefully for two centuries. However, a religious war subsequently erupted between two sects of Corellon worshipers, splintering the people into two groups - one remaining at Nénharma, the other founding the Cirongwathir settlement.

In the Year 25, the last of the Cirongwathir departed Turgon. The impetus for this exodus was the opening of the Ungorth Reddik Road, a gateway to the Abyss. After sailing or magically teleporting northward to the High Wood Country, they became citizens of Nápoldë. Three decades later, on 20 Hollow 59, Nápoldë was elevated to the capital of the Spirachiln Kingdom.

Spirachiln has a storied maritime tradition. They are purported to be among the rare elven cultures that cherish the open waters as much as the terrestrial realm.

Spirachiln and the sea elves of Corallim possess an unusual relationship. Typically, they maintain a mutual protection pact alongside numerous intricate political dealings. This can be attributed to the prevalence of interracial marriages between Corallim's sea elves and Spirachiln's Kriavfahliil. These unions have led to alliances forged through marriage, introducing layers of complexity into the governments, businesses, and guild politics of each state. There have been several periods when a Kriavfahliil king and sea elf queen have reigned jointly. This intermingling of races has fostered an openness in Spirachiln society, where outsiders can attain citizenship more swiftly than in most other elven nations.

Both Spirachiln and Corallim suffer from pervasive territorial aggression perpetrated by the Caradruk empire and the Ormartheon tribes.

Spirachiln maintains trade relations with the other elven peoples of the High Wood Country, as well as overseas commerce with Ivory Asylum and distant empires. The most distant trade routes connect to Shounejo. The mercantile exchange from Shounejo is transported via the Sea Tunnel and returned using the Emancer's Teleporter.

The nation of Spirachiln is home to an abundance of mage guilds. The majority of these institutions pay reverence to Corellon. Notably, numerous guild leaders possess a substantial influence over the realm's political landscape.
