Ofli Hrolmir is a vital artery of the Surtur's Artery. It originates in the center of Fangath, where it erupts from the Geingil Spigot. Flowing eastward, it then joins a sluggish current that circulates from north to south. This allows lava barges to travel up and down the same river by simply switching to the side with the opposing flow.
Ofli Hrolmir, also known as Ofli's Entrail, was named in honor of a Fire Giant palace guard who served Surtur during the Creation War and throughout the God Era.
Ofli Hrolmir was slain by Danzar-Khâl and other celestial beings during the God Era as they sought audience with Surtur within his grand stronghold Svaer Hodgrolf.

The lava of Ofli Hrolmir once nourished three volcanoes. During the Allof Stond War, the northern volcano Grielfand and the lava lake Allof Stond were cut off. This caused Grielfand to become a dormant volcano, and after several centuries, the cooled lava basin transformed into an Underdark lake. Presently, Ofli Hrolmir feeds the two southern volcanoes (Trelshum and Thrammaer) and gradually seeps into the surrounding rocks, seeking new pathways to spread the molten lava of Surtur's Artery.
