The Sylvan Kingdoms, a geographical region located south of the Galathien Sea, stretch from the Vale of Iraktharbhun in the west to the Urkthals seven hundred miles to the east. This expansive area encompasses wild and towering forests, ancient Covenant ruins, mountain ranges, a vast marshland connecting a freshwater sea with the Pearl Sea, and fast-flowing rivers - long the domain of various fey kingdoms. The current powers in the region are the Monarchy of Galadriël, the city-state of Maharâg, the kingdom of Guthnimor, and the holds of As'lumix and Voruner.
The Black Tide War (1465 - 1486) inflicted substantial devastation upon the Sylvan Kingdoms. The utilization of the Elder Orb of Embers gave rise to two volatile volcanoes, the Mauhúrz-Dúrak ran amok without restraint, and dark dwarves emerged from the ruins of Maharâg.
In the year 1533, the Golden Elite successfully revitalized a substantial portion of the region's former splendor with the aid of the Ankh of Phalgas.
