Tangûk Kazanîr was born in the western Khazarkar metropolis of Sakarumân. His given name is an Old Khazarkar term denoting a species of tree indigenous to Woad. In ages past, when the Khazarkars were dispersed across Gulimbor, the branches of these trees were fashioned into their most esteemed bows.
He served for two years in the Milzôr-Munal, combating the Horde of Chaos in a significant conflict known as the Cinazan Front.
In the year 1832, he became affiliated with a Maul Seeker organization known as Trauma Squad. He was appointed to this group through an active campaign plot.
The remnants of the core group, battered and bruised, stood before me. I delivered an address, hoping to offer them encouragement and solace.
"Our sorties from Hulkurân have effectively restored the prominence of that storied bastion. Despite our demise in Frogheim, it did not occur in vain, as it exposed spies across the empire. This was followed by the capture of Okrungknot and the apprehension of the spy's ringleader, the Conclave's High Seeker of Relics. This earned us significant favor with the Set church. Now, with Okrungknot under our control, obtained through legal channels and the aid of influential allies, we provide security for a region that has long been a source of turmoil for the empire. This allows them to concentrate on the larger conflict, while we address the fringe elements seeking to exploit the vulnerabilities of a weakened nation."
Seeing a glimmer in their eyes, I continued.
"We have obtained their relics, and we are aware that the eastern interests will go to great lengths to keep us and our golem army guarding their flank. We could also seek assistance from our superiors. Whichever path we choose, we will still be aiding both parties, but will have, in a manner, aligned our side with either the east or the west, the Minâth-Nôrî or the Church of Set."
Perhaps concerned with the witch queen's activities within their inner sanctum, I heard only one response, and that was from the help, with Madbash bellowing, "Who put you in charge?"
