Pinth commenced his professional endeavors with Black Banner. From the Blackstrike clan of Slave Pen, He was purported to be pugnacious, impolite, and a prodigious imbiber. He garnered acclaim in the nascent adventuring epoch of the group with his rousing call to arms "Black Banner to me!". This is said to have bolstered morale and facilitated the cohesion of the group as a unified team. Subsequently, he became an ally to the party and a steadfast adventuring compatriot.
When the leaders of Black Banner became the First Dead Council of the Black Tide, Pinth was appointed commander of their armies. Accounts from that era suggest Pinth was already immortal, granting his military units an unwavering morale. During the Black Tide War ( 1465 - 1486 ) , he led nearly 30,000 Bloodbeards and auxiliary forces under the Kazurâg-Gulan.
In the year 1475, his closest confidant, Marshal-General Garn, and Garn's daughter were mercilessly slain by Squad X7E. Overcome with grief, he swore an unwavering oath to annihilate any being tied to the Sanguine Whispers - the nefarious "guild of murderers".
Pinth maintained a sizable personal retinue of goblyns. These creatures had been spawned from his artifact, the Crown of Souls.
King Blackstrike - Spiller of Blood, Scion of Darkness, Father of the Goblyns, we have been summoned to serve you. We condemn the wretched souls of your adversaries to the catacombs of Thasmudyan.

The fierce Severed Neck Battle resulted in the demise of Pinth Blackstrike at the hands of the formidable Golden Elite. Pinth's final operational base was reportedly situated within the expansive Giant Steps region. Regrettably, Pinth's extensive hoard of plunder and magical artifacts has remained elusive and undiscovered.
