Silithev-Ite earned his knighthood under a chivalric order known as the Black Wings. Upon the destruction of this order by the Lances of Merioss, he resorted to a life of banditry.
The forceful Silithev-Ite commanded a formidable collection of scoundrels known as the Blood Arrows. This pillaging cadre of elves swiftly became fugitives within the Sylvan Kingdoms. They engaged in the practice of enslavement when it proved lucrative. As slavery has been outlawed across the Lands of Purity for generations, their clientele originated solely from the Northern Hordelands.
The Blood Arrows collaborated with the Sanguine Whispers for a brief period to combat the menace of Garn and his garrison at Ebonstar. A decade later, they betrayed their former allies. The Blood Arrows played a crucial role in the downfall of the Sanguine Whispers at Outpost Prime. These turncoats divulged information to the githyanki regarding the failed mission of Squad X7E to destroy the Hand of Gith. They also supplied intelligence on the guild's defenses and location.
In the Black Tide War (1465 - 1486), Silithev-Ite and his Blood Arrows aided Katrana with the capture of Viressur. During the Athenian Crusade (1539 - 1551), the Sanguine Whispers tracked down and eliminated all of the Blood Arrows, save Silithev-Ite, who fled to the refuge offered by Katrana and the Black Tide of Thasmudyan.
The Blood Arrows are a group of looters widely regarded as committing heinous acts akin to those of inhumane individuals.

Lady Ariel of Squad X7E was acquainted with Silithev-Ite and his Blood Arrows, for it was this adversary that inflicted demise upon her younger sibling Silithev-Ariel. Silithev-Ite's conceit led him to believe the young elven youth Silithev-Ariel was a parody of his name.

Silithev-Ite inflicted death upon Lady Ariel's sibling in the guise of the virulent toxin known as Scalanar. Thereafter, Squad X7E assisted in bringing numerous Blood Arrows to account.
In battle, Silithev-Ite prefers to assail adversaries with volleys from his bow, Gelugons Bone. In close quarters, he wields a mace known as the Star of Destruction. He dons a suit of +4 platemail of shocking, emblazoned with the crest of the Black Wings. Through his formidable armor and impressive wrestling prowess, he delights in electrocuting foes to their demise.
On the 5th of Bloom in the year 1533, in the city of Viressur, Silithev-Ite met his demise at the hands of the deadly blades and spells wielded by the Golden Elite.
