The esteemed former and current leaders of Khazarkar history are presented here. For much of their early years, the leadership of the people was entrusted to noble houses, collectively known as the Minâth-Nôrî. These houses comprise an elite caste of Khazarkar society called the Minâth.
The formation of the Second Khazarkar Empire led the clergy to adopt the practice of interring their past rulers within pyramids. The capital city of Nibar-Pharân houses the tombs of the first nine theocratic leaders. Additionally, certain geographical locations in Cinazan bear the names of these esteemed figures.
Even with true demise, the leaders find no respite. Occasionally, their esteemed counsel is summoned to address inquiries. Only the reigning Setarch is permitted to commune with these erstwhile sovereigns.
