The Elberial is the oldest and most expansive forest within the Sylvan Kingdoms. Its towering trees reach heights exceeding 500 feet. One of the forest's most storied locales is Elamir, a bastion blending seamlessly with the natural landscape. Elamir was established by Ancalimë wood elves who founded a colony in this region, later forming the Galadriël Kingdom a century later. The fortress's highly skilled garrison of rangers and druids serve as guardians of the Elberial.
In the year 1477, the lich Katrana employed the dragon relic Zuwuth Uv Enkii, inciting widespread devastation through the formation of two volcanoes.
In 1533, the Golden Elite successfully captured the Elder Orb of Embers. This event shattered Katrana's domination over the lava flows of Ginzarak, severed the enchantments influencing numerous dragons, and liberated the dwarves of Maharâg from their affliction.
The Ankh of Phalgas, a formidable artifact, was likewise retrieved from the lair of a potent black dragon and employed to revive the charred and tangled forests, restoring them to much of their former splendor. The mountains, craters, arid lava beds, and dormant cones of the once turbulent volcanic area remain present in the Sylvan Kingdoms, serving as testament to the unbridled power of the Elder Orb.
