For much of this era, the Creation War, lasting from 1486 DE to 8777 DE, raged between the Nawirrûs Covenant and the primordials.

Some of the historical evidence of this era is derived from the Scrolls of Dawn and the Hirstyr Signir. The primary sources provide invaluable documentation and insight into the events and circumstances of the period.
